We will pick you up at the meeting place between 6:00 and 8:00 am as agreed, we will leave Santa Marta by car or bus tour, approximately 2 hours until Don Diego.
When you arrive in Don Diego, you will take a walk on a spectacular path where you will be fascinated with the endemic flora and fauna of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta until you reach Taironaka, a place that is located on what was an ancient city of Tayona and where we will enjoy a tour of approximately 1 hour through the museum and the indigenous terraces.
After this tour we will have the opportunity to enjoy a bath in the Don Diego River and then continue with a delicious lunch typical of the region, made by expert hands in the kitchen.
After a short break we will begin the descent by tubing which will take us to the estuary where you can see howler monkeys and various birds, in the estuary you will be ecstatic from the encounter of the Don Diego River with the sea in a magnificent landscape without precedent.
After contemplating the panorama and witnessing the most beautiful sunset surrounded by the Sierra Nevada, the Don Diego River and the pristine beaches of the Caribbean Sea, you will return by boat across the Don Diego River to the facilities where you left in the morning, and where the car awaits you to bring you back to Santa Marta.
